Last week two new exhibitions of Ai Weiwei's work opened in London, at Somerset House and the Lisson Gallery. I made this film for the Guardian, which today featured on the newspaper's homepage.
Featuring contributions from artists Bob and Roberta Smith, Mark Wallinger and Ryan Gander, and with the Lisson's Greg Hilty and Somerset House's Gwyn Miles, the film shows why despite his detention, Ai's work is more visible than ever.
